While many people have tackled this problem, Stuart Mcgill has contributed an incredible amount to this field by developing exercises and rehabilitation programs that strengthen the core muscles. He is a professor of biomechanics at the University of Waterloo in Canada. He has written 3 books, has spoken at numerous conferences, and has been a part of over 170 different studies that were authored by him.

Larry is the co-clinical director of Virginia Therapy and Fitness Center. Larry specializes in orthopedic manual therapy and biomechanical analysis of movement. Larry has work with a wide range of people ranging from children, working people, to professional athletes. Larry also founded Mid-Atlantic Physical Therapy Associates (MAPTA), which is a organization that offers continuing education for physical therapist

Jason is the athletic trainer at Virginia Therapy and Fitness Center. Jason is an expert at balance and postural stability and psychology of the injured athlete. He plays an important role in the clinic by developing rehabilitation programs while minimizing the risk of re-injury.
